Jannus Live is a standing-room-only concert venue, which means we do not have seating available and cannot permit personal chairs to be brought into the venue. However, we are fully wheelchair accessible. While we understand that you may not typically use such items, they could be a safe and practical option if you need to rest during the event. 

Below is a list of mobility devices that are permitted as reasonable accommodations under our standing-room-only policy:

-Walkers (with or without a seat)

-Rollators (with or without a seat)

-Canes (with or without a seat)

-Crutches

-Wheelchairs

-Power wheelchairs

-Mobility scooters

Please note, in accordance with ADA regulations, if you are using a cart or powered mobility device, while we won’t inquire about the specifics of your disability, we may request “credible assurance” of its use for accessibility. This could include:

-A valid, state-issued disability parking placard.

-Other state-issued proof of disability.

-A personal statement affirming its use for a disability (unless behavior contradicts this statement).
